Simon has extensive experience across the electrical engineering sector, most recently as the Co-founder and Technical Director for
Originally trained as Electrical engineer at UWA, Simon specialises in remote powers storage and related electrical systems.
At Bardan, Simon focuses on applications and uses for our cells.
Raphael (Raph) Woon is a professional engineer with over 30 years’ experience working in transport, rail, water, mining, defence and oil and gas for private sector companies such as Bruechle Gilchrist and Evans (BGE), SKM (now Jacobs), and the Ichthys LNG Project. He was also a Principal Bridge Engineer for Worley Parsons and Sterling Infrastructure.
Raph has a strong technical background with strategic commercial, planning and project implementation experience. He has led multi-disciplinary design teams and has a strong background in managing structural, building, civil engineering disciplines for a variety of infrastructure.
At Bardan, Raph is responsible for developing our faciltiies.

Dave is the Sales and Marketing Director of AMTE Power plc and has over 30 years of experience working in key sales and commercial roles in technology-based businesses.
He has run a number of global sales organisations for the largest global IT and technology companies, commercial operations for BT Global Services, and has headed advanced technology divisions at QinetiQ, where he led the focus on technology transition and commercialisation, with a particular focus on applications in energy markets.
Gwen is an Energy and Materials Executive with Dassault Systèmes, covering Business Transformation and has over 20 years of experience in leading consulting with KPMG in the Oil and Gas market and delivering operational readiness, business analysis, process design & innovation programs for INPEX, Woodside, Chevron and BHP and major utilities. Gwen specialises in process engineering, automation, materials processing and cloud-based project management platforms.
Gwen is a foundation member of Lithium Valley and the Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence.
Kevin is the CEO of AMTE Power plc and together with various colleagues, founded AMTE Power in 2013. He has over 25 years of experience within public and private companies and has experience of fund raising and mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin qualified as a Chartered Engineer and has worked for and with world leading engineering groups such as QinetiQ, Rolls Royce plc and Siemens AG, and has taken a number of technologies and businesses through concept, design and into production. He is a member of the Faraday Challenge advisory board and has been part of the industry group advising the top tier of UK Government on energy storage.
Cameron has over 20 years of experience across infrastructure investment, consulting, financial advisory, investment banking, operational and executive management roles both domestically and globally.
Cameron has had a particular focus on infrastructure development, project financing, risk & credit, renewables & energy, water, transport, fuel terminals and ports. Cameron has significant international manufacturing experience including as CEO of a Northern German biofuel & energy company which he led the acquisition, significantly increased growth & profits and eventual sale. He co-wrote the 2018 Lithium Valley report for the Federal Government.
Cameron is a Founder and Vice Chairman of Lithium Valley, a Foundation Member of the Australia Microgrid Centre of Excellence and is a Director of companies focusing on carbon emissions reductions, financing for SMEs and microgrids.
