NOTICE :
Richard Bloomfield, Michelle Elliot and Ian Corfield of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed as Joint Administrators of AMTE Power Plc and AGM Batteries Ltd (‘the entities’) on 19 January 2024. The affairs, business and property of both entities are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of both entities and without personal liability.
The situation with the Bardan Cells Joint Venture and related intellectual property is being clarified with the administrators.
